Messaging Consent (RCS, SMS, WhatsApp)
By providing your phone number and opting in to a Reminator-powered business, you agree to receive automated messages via RCS, SMS, and WhatsApp including:
- Order status updates
- Appointment reminders
- Queue and waiting list notifications
- Service alerts and confirmations
Message Frequency: Varies based on your transactions with subscribed businesses.

Opt-Out: Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from messages.

Subscribe to a Business
Enter your phone number below and provide your consent to receive RCS, SMS, or WhatsApp notifications from a Reminator-powered business.
1What is Reminator?
Reminator is a notification aggregation platform that allows businesses (restaurants, clinics, service providers) to send important updates to their customers via RCS, SMS, and WhatsApp. Users can subscribe to multiple businesses and receive all notifications in their preferred channel.
2How to Subscribe (Opt-In)
Users can subscribe to receive RCS, SMS, and WhatsApp notifications from businesses through the following methods:
QR Code Scanning
Scan a QR code displayed at a business location (restaurant, clinic, store). The QR code opens the Reminator opt-in web page where you select your preferred notification channel (RCS, SMS, or WhatsApp), enter your phone number, and provide explicit consent. A verification code is sent to confirm your phone number before any messages are delivered.
Text Keywords
Send a text message with keyword JOIN, START, SUBSCRIBE, or YES followed by the business code to our messaging number. Example: JOIN ABC123. A confirmation reply is sent before any further messages are delivered.
Web Form
Enter your phone number on the Reminator opt-in page. An explicit consent checkbox is required before submission. A verification code is sent to your phone to confirm your number. No messages are sent until consent and verification are complete.
Direct Links
Click a subscription link shared by a business via email, receipt, or their website. The link opens the Reminator opt-in page where you enter your phone number, provide consent, and verify via a code.
Verbal or Written Consent
Provide verbal consent in person at a business location or written consent on a paper form. The business staff enters your phone number in the Reminator dashboard. An opt-in confirmation message is sent with a link to the opt-in page. You must click the link and confirm on the web page before any further messages are sent.
3Your Consent
By subscribing to a business through any of the above methods, you expressly consent to receive automated messages (RCS, SMS, and/or WhatsApp) from Reminator on behalf of that business. Specifically, you consent to:
- Receive RCS, SMS, and/or WhatsApp notifications from that specific business
- Receive transactional messages such as appointment reminders, order updates, queue notifications, and service alerts
- Have your phone number stored securely for the purpose of delivering notifications
All messages are transactional. We do NOT send marketing or promotional messages without your explicit additional consent.
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with subscribed businesses. Consent is not required to receive service.
4How to Unsubscribe (Opt-Out)
You can unsubscribe at any time by replying with one of the following commands:

LIST | View all your current subscriptions |
Unsubscription is immediate. You will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive text messages from that business. No further messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe.
5Message Types
Through Reminator, you may receive the following types of messages via RCS, SMS, or WhatsApp:
All messages are transactional in nature. No marketing or promotional content is sent without separate explicit consent.
6Data Protection
We take your privacy seriously. Your phone number and subscription data are:
- Encrypted at rest and in transit
- Never sold to third parties
- Only shared with businesses you explicitly subscribe to
- Deleted upon request or account termination
